HRA is located in the historic Waters Building in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Located at 161 Ottawa Avenue, the Waters Building takes up the entire block between Lyon and Pearl Streets. HRA is located on the third floor in Suite 300-C.
We are easily accessible from both US-131 and I-196. Parking is available in several surface parking lots around the building. These lots average $.80 per 1/2 hour and are the responsibility of the client.
